Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze terabytes of transactional data
- Create dynamic Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across finance, marketing, and operations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion funnels and reduce customer churn
- Collaborate with ML engineers to build predictive models for sales forecasting
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through automated ETL pipelines using Python and Airflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Proven track record of translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Redshift)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex data narratives
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau Desktop Specialist
