Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate business hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present complex findings to non-technical leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality frameworks and implement data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience optimizing complex queries for large datasets
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong programming capabilities in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Certification in data analytics or related field (AWS Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist) preferred
