Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols for equity options trading platforms
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on financial systems
- Lead incident response for trading platform breaches with strict SLAs
- Collaborate with trading teams to secure options analytics tools
- Develop zero-trust architectures for sensitive financial data
- Monitor emerging threats targeting derivative markets
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices for financial operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with financial services experience
- Certified CISSP or CISM required
- Expertise in equity derivatives trading systems
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Understanding of SEC/Finra cybersecurity regulations
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for security automation
