Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for 0-day vulnerabilities and APT campaigns
- Develop automation frameworks for security orchestration and response (SOAR)
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on cloud infrastructures
- Mentor junior engineers on threat hunting methodologies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
- Generate executive-level threat intelligence reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or OSCP required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security controls and NIST frameworks
- Strong Python/Go scripting for automation solutions
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK matrix mapping
