Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and response to complex security incidents and cyber threats in real-time.
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust Security Operations Center (SOC) framework.
- Conduct rigorous penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on internal and external networks.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools and manage threat intelligence feeds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering or network security.
