Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures for cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response investigations and threat hunting initiatives
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation using Python/SIEM integration
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in hands-on engineering roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or OSCP (required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network security
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for security automation
- Proven incident response and forensic investigation experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
