Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and incident response activities.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and forensic analysis to identify and neutralize sophisticated cyber attacks.
- Design, implement, and maintain network security controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify security gaps.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, FireEye).
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a major plus.
