Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Lead incident response investigations and forensic analysis for complex security breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to ensure compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Develop and automate security monitoring tools using Python and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Stay abreast of the latest threat vectors and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or information security analysis.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security principles.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Elk Stack) and SOAR platforms.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP are highly preferred.
- Proven experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
