Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level security architectures across cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response operations including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop automation scripts for security monitoring using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for critical systems
- Maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) through continuous improvement
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CISM required; CCSP preferred
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and endpoint protection platforms
- Hands-on experience with security automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Proven track record in incident response and threat intelligence analysis
- Strong communication skills for presenting to CISO and executive stakeholders
