Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Zero Trust security architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Lead incident response efforts, conducting thorough forensic analysis and root cause identification.
- Oversee vulnerability management programs, including penetration testing and comprehensive risk assessments.
- Manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to detect and mitigate threats in real-time.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and compliance documentation (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent advanced certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on remote network defense.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, encryption standards, and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Splunk, FireEye, CrowdStrike, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
