Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise security strategy, focusing on Zero Trust architecture and cloud security.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and remediate risks.
- Lead incident response and threat hunting efforts to detect and neutralize cyber threats in real-time.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure strict data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and NIST.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CISM certification is required.
- Deep understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and security tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
