Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and 24/7 incident response for critical security breaches.
- Design, implement, and manage robust network security architectures and firewalls.
- Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on systems and applications.
- Monitor security alerts and analytics dashboards to identify anomalies and potential threats in real-time.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
- Lead security awareness training programs for employees and conduct regular security audits.
Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or GIAC (GPEN, GCFA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and firewall configurations.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
