Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architectures to protect against evolving cyber threats.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and red/blue team exercises to identify system weaknesses.
- Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection platforms.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and HIPAA.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Network Engineering.
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN technologies, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
