As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will lead efforts to identify, analyze, and respond to complex security incidents. You will shape our defense strategy and ensure our clients' data remains uncompromised.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise security architecture.
- Monitor security alerts and manage incident response procedures to mitigate threats in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Manage and optimize SIEM, NDR, and endpoint detection systems.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
