The Role:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions. We need a proactive thinker who can stay ahead of emerging threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Security Architecture & Design: Design and implement advanced network security architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions.
- Incident Response: Lead and coordinate major incident response efforts, conducting thorough post-incident reviews to prevent future breaches.
- Penetration Testing: Oversee regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate security gaps proactively.
- Threat Intelligence: Monitor global threat landscapes and correlate intelligence to anticipate potential attacks against our organization.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, SOC2, and ISO 27001.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior security analysts and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent security certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information assurance.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with security tools (Splunk, SIEM, Firewalls) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively report technical findings to stakeholders.
