Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions that safeguard our enterprise assets. Your role will involve close collaboration with IT and development teams to ensure robust security postures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify potential threats.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and coordinate with external forensic teams.
- Design and implement security architecture, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Proficiency with security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
