As a key member of our security operations center (SOC), you will architect resilient security frameworks and lead incident response efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced cybersecurity architectures for enterprise clients.
- Conduct 24/7 threat monitoring, analysis, and hunting to identify vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
- Lead complex incident response and forensic investigations to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Manage and optimize SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools and detection engineering.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Present security posture reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
- Experience with firewall management, IDS/IPS, and DLP solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
