As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for architecting resilient security solutions, responding to active threats, and ensuring our clients' data remains uncompromised.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage advanced security architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
- Monitor security alerts and events through SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and conduct immediate threat analysis to mitigate risks.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches, including forensics and recovery procedures.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in the network and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are strongly required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and Zero Trust architectures.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
