Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust security frameworks across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response protocols for cyber threats and data breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/Ansible
- Manage SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and threat intelligence feeds
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Create comprehensive security documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in threat detection
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH (or equivalent)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security tools and network protocols
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills for complex threat analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
