Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security architectures including firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and zero-trust frameworks
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and conduct forensic investigations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation including policies, procedures, and playbooks
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior security engineers and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on enterprise environments
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required; CCSP or OSCP preferred
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Strong experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Proven ability to lead complex security projects and manage vendor relationships
