Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security solutions across cloud, network, and infrastructure domains
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for security breaches
- Develop and maintain security automation frameworks using Python and Ansible
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for client systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and optimize SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for threat detection
- Maintain compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering with enterprise environments
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network security architectures
- Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM implementation and threat hunting
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for security automation
- Experience with zero-trust network design and implementation
- Proven ability to lead complex security projects with cross-functional teams
