Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise-level security frameworks including SIEM, EDR, and zero-trust solutions
- Lead incident response operations for complex cyber threats and data breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop security automation workflows using Python and PowerShell
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and response
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or OSCP required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud security architecture
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with security automation tools like Splunk, Ansible, or Terraform
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (STIX/TAXII)
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
