Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures using zero-trust frameworks
- Lead incident response for complex cyber threats including APTs and ransomware
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise systems
- Develop security automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in engineering roles
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or OSCP (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Strong understanding of network protocols, IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms
- Experience with threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
