Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for zero-day attacks and APT campaigns
- Conduct penetration testing on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise networks
- Develop security automation using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and generate executive reports
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in threat hunting and incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification (required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with vulnerability management (Qualys, Nessus)
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
