Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events within the SIEM environment to identify potential threats.
- Lead incident response investigations and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to strengthen our security posture.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Proficiency in security tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, or QRadar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
