Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure network architecture and firewalls.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees and conduct regular audits.
- Investigate complex cyber threats and orchestrate effective incident response plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Proven experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and endpoint protection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
