Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools to detect and respond to threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate response efforts to mitigate damage.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance overall security posture and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including threat detection and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
