Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security monitoring systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response activities, including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with NIST and ISO standards
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud/on-premise environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security-by-design in new projects
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness training programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with proven incident response background
- Expert-level knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and threat intelligence
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC required (e.g., GCFA, GCIH)
- Proficiency in security tools: Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms
- Experience with secure coding practices and DevSecOps methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex security concepts to stakeholders
