Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and incident response for enterprise environments
- Develop and implement security monitoring strategies using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Document security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO 27001
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Research emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required (CompTIA Security+ acceptable)
- Expertise in network security, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure security incidents
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
