As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our clients' sensitive data from evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM and SOAR tools.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff.
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate audit trails.
Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity.
- Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Windows, and network protocols.
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
