Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including monitoring and incident response.
- Lead threat hunting activities and vulnerability management programs.
- Design and implement security architectures for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Train and mentor junior security staff and stakeholders on security best practices.
- Manage security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or Security+ (required).
- Deep knowledge of network security, encryption, and access control.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize threats effectively.
