Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts in the Security Operations Center (SOC) to identify and mitigate threats in real-time.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure enterprise compliance.
- Lead incident response efforts during security breaches, coordinating with legal and IT teams.
- Manage and maintain the organization's SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) infrastructure.
- Develop and update security policies, procedures, and incident response playbooks.
- Perform regular security audits and ensure adherence to industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or SOC analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint protection systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona.
