Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
- Lead incident response investigations and forensic analysis for security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in threat detection and mitigation
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required (SANS training reimbursement available)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and SIEM implementation (Splunk/Symantec)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and network protocol knowledge
- Experience with zero-trust architecture and identity management systems
- Proven ability to create security documentation and policies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
