What You'll Do:
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms
- Lead incident response for security breaches and conduct forensic investigations
- Develop zero-trust architecture strategies for enterprise environments
- Mentor junior analysts and create security awareness training materials
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and prioritize incidents using Splunk and CrowdStrike
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments quarterly
- Document security procedures and maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Analyze malware samples and IOCs using Sandboxing tools
- Present threat intelligence briefings to executive stakeholders
- Manage IAM systems and implement MFA policies
- Coordinate with law enforcement during major incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting
- Strong Python scripting skills for automation tasks
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in financial services security
