Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms
- Lead incident response for complex security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks and access control policies
- Mentor junior analysts and create security awareness training
- Collaborate with legal teams on GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Present quarterly security posture reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (e.g., GCFA, GCIH)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and network forensics
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, or Splunk
- Strong understanding of NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
- Ability to handle high-pressure incident scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
