Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events in real-time across the enterprise network and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct forensic investigations and root cause analysis of security breaches and anomalies.
- Execute incident response procedures and containment strategies during off-hours to minimize business impact.
- Assist in the deployment of security patches, hotfixes, and configuration management on critical systems.
- Collaborate with the Blue Team to identify vulnerabilities and improve overall security posture.
- Document security incidents, findings, and resolutions in the SIEM and ticketing systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a SOC, Security Operations, or Information Security role.
- Must be available and willing to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of SIEM technologies (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, or similar).
- Experience with incident response frameworks and threat hunting methodologies.
- Certifications such as Security+, CEH, GCFA, GCIH, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
