We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite security team in San Diego, CA. This is an Immediate Hire position with the flexibility of Remote Options. If you are a proactive security professional looking to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
As part of our mission to protect critical infrastructure, you will lead incident response efforts, manage security operations centers (SOC), and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Manage and configure firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Lead incident response teams during cybersecurity breaches.
- Enforce security policies and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and common attack vectors.
- Experience with Linux and Windows server hardening.
