Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection, investigation, and response for 24/7 security operations center
- Develop and implement advanced security monitoring protocols using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate security gaps and implement best practices
- Maintain compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and generate executive reports

Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC/NOC experience
- Advanced certifications (CISSP, CEH, GIAC preferred)
- Expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, and network security
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
