Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level threat detection and incident response operations
- Design and implement advanced security controls for cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security awareness programs for cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry regulations
- Maintain SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and automate security workflows
- Collaborate with CISO on strategic security roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on threat analysis experience
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in SIEM implementation, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) frameworks
- Experience with NIST 800-53 and risk management frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
