Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations for enterprise systems
- Manage SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and generate actionable security intelligence
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and playbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement zero-trust security architectures
- Monitor and respond to 24/7 security alerts with rapid escalation protocols
- Provide cybersecurity guidance during incident investigations and forensic analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or incident response
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, EDR solutions, and vulnerability scanners
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to prioritize high-pressure situations
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days
