Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise systems
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead incident response and forensics investigations for complex breaches
- Create security documentation and compliance reports for SOC2/ISO27001
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC/CSIRT experience
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
