In this role, you will act as a guardian of our digital perimeter, leveraging advanced threat detection strategies to safeguard our clients against evolving cyber threats. You will work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, rapid response, and strategic security planning.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
- Lead and coordinate incident response investigations, ensuring rapid containment and recovery from security breaches.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in network architecture.
- Develop and maintain robust security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, HIPAA).
- Secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and collaborate with DevOps teams on secure coding practices.
- Manage third-party risk assessments and perform security audits for vendors and partners.
- Provide expert security consultation to management and technical staff on emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent advanced certification (e.g., CEH, CISM).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a Senior Analyst or Team Lead capacity.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with security tools including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), and SIEM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure during active security incidents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting technical findings to stakeholders.
