Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents across the enterprise network in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify potential weaknesses.
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and incident response plans to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate security measures into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts and engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network administration.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security architectures.
- Proficiency with security tools and technologies (e.g., Splunk, Wireshark, Microsoft Sentinel, FireEye).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
