Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and manage security patches across the network infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and compliance status for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and routing protocols.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid US Work Authorization required.
