Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms to detect and respond to threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud/on-prem infrastructures
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and incident response plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead forensic investigations during security incidents and provide detailed reports
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network security tools
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and malware analysis
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills
