Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 threat monitoring and incident response using SIEM platforms
- Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for enterprise systems
- Develop/implement zero-trust security frameworks and access controls
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security in CI/CD pipelines
- Manage compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Mentor junior analysts and document security protocols
- Present threat intelligence to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and network architecture
- Proficiency in Python/SQL for threat automation
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
- Experience with cloud-native security tools (WAF, EDR, CASB)
