Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and forensic investigations for complex incidents
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Generate executive-level threat briefings and compliance documentation
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity analysis with SOC operations
- Active CISSP or Security+ certification (CEH/GCIH preferred)
- Expertise in network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
