Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for security breaches and cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps
- Generate executive-level security reports and metrics
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity analysis or incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ required
- Expertise in threat detection and mitigation frameworks
- Proficiency with network security tools (IDS/IPS, firewalls)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud security
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
