Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems across cloud and on-premise environments
- Lead incident response activities for security breaches and cyber-attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior security analysts and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives
- Analyze emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into DevOps processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 2+ years in leadership roles
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and threat intelligence tools
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex risks to stakeholders
