Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 incident response for enterprise clients using SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar)
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and vulnerability assessments
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize SOC workflows
- Collaborate with red teams on penetration testing
- Generate executive-level threat intelligence reports
- Manage cloud security across AWS/Azure environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in SOC operations
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in NIST frameworks and CIS controls
- Hands-on experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike/SentinelOne)
- Strong Python/PowerShell scripting skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Proven success in high-pressure incident response
- Ability to relocate to Austin with assistance
